EU-IndiaGrid2 is driving the sustainability of EU-Indian Grid infrastructure by connecting with user communities in both Europe and India. EU-IndiaGrid2 is organising 4 thematic workshops during the lifetime of the project on Climate Change, Biology, High Energy Physics and Material Science; as well as an international conference in 2011 at ICTP, Trieste, Italy. Partners are also actively participating at international conferences presenting updates and achievements on the project.

Description
The visit of a European e-Infrastructure Delegation to India is organised by the Information Society and Media Directorate-General of the European Commission with participation from European projects. This visit is carried out in the context of the research infrastructure EU-India meeting arranged by the Research Directorate General of the European Commission.
The two-day workshop will discuss and explore the impact of e-Infrastructure activities and discuss bilateral relations and potential future joint collaboration activities between India and Europe. as well as further develop a global perspective for e-Infrastructure.
